Help Ayan Cochlear Implant Surgery
We are reaching out to our community with an urgent appeal to support Ayan S. (Age 3), the child of our neighbor, Prashanth S., who urgently requires a life-changing Cochlear Implant surgery.
Ayan was diagnosed with severe to profound bilateral sensorineural hearing loss. Without the implant, Ayan will face significant challenges in language acquisition, education, and social integration. The surgery must be performed soon to maximize the window for successful language development.
The Goal and the Need
The Cochlear Implant procedure, device cost, and necessary post-operative auditory verbal therapy (AVT) are highly specialized and expensive.
